Academic Background

I have a bachelor degree in mathematics and an MBA in finance from National Taiwan University. I received a Ph.D. in statistics from the Pennsylvania State University. My Ph.D. adviser was Prof. John Liechty.

I am currently an associate professor in Graduate Institute of Statistics at National Central University, and have a joint appointment with the Department of Finance. My research focuses on Monte Carlo methods, Bayesian inference, and applications in finance.
